great walking access to parks and restaurants all around

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a short stroll to the Visalia Convention Center just across the street and lots of nearby restaurants only a few steps away, making it super convenient for my weekend explorations.

The staff was spectacular, with Terry being notably professional and accommodating, even during a difficult time for my family. The room was spacious and clean, complete with comfy beds and great air-conditioning. However, the customer service issues at check-in left a negative impression, complicating what should have been a straightforward arrival. Although the free breakfast was a decent offering, it didn't fully compensate for the service shortcomings, making this stay a mixed experience.

Our recent stay was a lifesaver during a tough time. The clean, spacious room and the amazing breakfast options, especially the scrambled eggs and pancakes, really made a difference. Terry's compassionate service was truly comforting.

Elevators were quite slow.

We had a lovely three-night stay in a spacious King Suite with a cozy kitchenette and a nice living area, which made our family time feel extra special. The pool and the game room were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Only downside was the breakfast could’ve had more variety, but it was still a good start to our mornings! 😊

I had a wonderful experience with the spacious room layout and the variety of breakfast options offered. The staff were incredibly courteous, with particular mention to Terry at the front desk who was understanding and accommodating during our stay. However, the elevator could use some updates as it felt a bit outdated and slow.

Solo traveler with a comfortable stay

The room I got was a King Suite and it was huge with this extra area to sit down which is just perfect when u need to work it had its own desk and TV and the best part was the breakfast they served was actually pretty great especially the waffles nothing like a good breakfast to start the day right

It wasn't exactly cheap but the value was still ok

Everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had a great variety, including gluten-free options. We enjoyed walking around the nearby restaurants and breweries. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean.
